GPMoto Racing and Black Expert Run Group

GPMoto will now feature an additional Elite class.  GPMoto will remain a two race per event series.
GPMoto Cup and GPMoto Elite will run strictly based upon lap times of each rider to determine class. Riders competing in the Cup series who do not wish to move to Elite class due to lap times during the season may remain in the Cup class for the duration of the season.
GPMoto Cup and Elite classes will be running two wave starts.
Prizes will be awarded for all four events with grand champion prizes given at end of season.
All participants of GPMoto Cup and GPMoto Elite will race any machine deemed safe by the tech inspector who has final say.  Specific tech requirements will be detailed below.
GPMoto Elite participants will be recognized by achievement of specified times to which classify them as Elite Status. Elite status will remain for two seasons if rider does not participate in GPMoto Elite.  If rider returns they will again be faced with meeting the required posted time. This requirement will be as listed below with proper safe riding displayed taken into consideration as part of approval:

NJMP Thunderbolt 1:32.99
NJMP Lightning 1:12.99
SUMMIT Main 1:19.99
BEAVER / PIR 1:04.99
VIR North 1:37.99

Elite and Black Expert Group

These listing of times will also apply to acknowledge a rider to participate in the TPM Black Expert run group.  Once a rider is approved for expert status at one track, that rider then may participate as an expert rider during any other track that will be running expert group.  The rider also will carry expert status throughout the season.  A rider however may be asked to ride down a group should it be deemed necessary due to safety from a TPM approved expert coach for whatever the coach sees fit. Black Expert run group will always run during a GPMoto scheduled event.
