With the Full Throttle extremely aggressive program please understand that we will not be offering cancellations, credits, transfers or the like. We ask that you register only in cases where you are wanting to ride and not reserve space to bail out if the weather man once again is incorrect. As we all are riders, with certain cases we will take into consideration of the situation.

Event Fee Protection
EVENT FEE PROTECTION is an easy way to insure your entry fee should something unexpected come up.
The unexpected does and sometimes happen. We created the Event Fee Protection program (EFP) for these reasons. Instead of forfeiting your entire event fee, you can insure most of it and receive Team credit dollars that you can spend toward another track event.
For all our members, we have included crash and mechanical EFP coverage FREE of charge except for our Guests. We look forward to you riding with us.
EFP PLUS is being offered as an option for you should you desire additional coverage. If you are concerned about weather, not being able to make the event or something coming up, you can purchase EFP PLUS to secure your event fee and receive a 75% discount eVoucher toward a future event.

All credits are issued in the form of Team eVoucher that can ONLY be used toward the purchase other Team track events.
For the no-show EFP Plus to take effect you MUST NOT sign-in at trackside registration OR go through tech.
EFP Plus can ONLY be purchased at the time of original signup. You can not add EFP Plus to an exsisting event reservation.
In the event of an on track crash, if the rider is NOT transported to a medical facility and they decide to end their day prior to 1pm, the rider MUST report to the trailer and have their withdrawal recorded or they will forfeit their EFP claim. NO EXCEPTIONS
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your reservation to any Team Pro-Motion track event, here is what you should expect:

Note: The cut-off time on the Team server is 12AM CST (1AM EST).
For example, if the event is 3/10,
the 4 days or less cut-off window would start on 3/6 1AM EST.
When you log into your account and cancel, the server determines which option is available to you based on the time and date you open the cancelation page.
NOTE: Track event reservations are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. No exceptions.
Speedpass Credit Policy
- Each member who purchases a Speedpass package will have a credit account with the Team. You can use any credits you may have toward the purchase of Team track events ONLY.
- Any credits unused at the end of the year can be carried over to next year with the following procedure
- A paid membership to the following year is purchased/renewed before december 31 of the year in which credit is issued
- Credits are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and have NO CASH VALUE
Skill Group Policy
At Team Pro-Motion, safety is our first concern. We assign the appropriate riding group to each of our members by skill level and that will be the group that you will ride in at our trackdays.
Once you have been assigned a riding group, that is the only group you can participate in unless we combine another riding group with your assigned group during the riders meeting. You can not ride "up" or "down" a group.
If you disagree with our group assignment, or need to be moved "up" or "down" a riding group, please consult with any of our track coaches during any of our track events, and they will instruct you on how to be evaluated trackside and be bumped. Please make sure the coach working with you completes and has you sign a Bump Form so your new riding group can be properly recorded.

Severe Weather Policy
If severe weather condition prevents on-track activities from taking place, the following procedures are followed.
Announcement
The team will determine whether on-track activities will be held on the morning of the event. The annoucement to cancel, if any, will be made during
a riders meeting at trackside no later than 11am of the event.
Compensation in the event of cancellation
If no on track activity has taken place:
- Riders who have signed in will receive a 100% off 1 event Team eVoucher.
- Riders who have not signed in but have purchased EFP Plus will receive a 75% off 1 event Team eVoucher. (EFP Plus credit)
- Riders who have not signed in and have not purchased EFP Plus will receive no credit.
If on track activity has taken place:
- Riders who have not signed in but have purchased EFP Plus will receive a 75% off 1 event Team eVoucher. (EFP Plus credit)
- All other riders will receive no credits. The Team will make every possible effort to restart on-track activities as soon as condition allows.
Decibel Level Policy
Many race tracks have a decibel level requirement that you must abide by. Team Pro-Motion does not check noise levels during tech.
Stock exhaust systems are not usually a problem. However, IF you have modified your bike with a competition or other aftermarket exhaust components or systems,
it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to verify that the bike is within track noise requirements.
Team Pro-Motion does NOT check sound levels, but many tracks are using portable sound meters to verify compliance.
IF the TRACK flags you for excessive noise, your day will be forfeit with no credit due except EFP if applicable.
