What to expect at your Team Pro-Motion Track Day event:

Most tracks open their gates at 7:am unless pre-event camping has been arranged (check our schedule). Parking varies by facility, if this is your first time to a facility, ask the gate security to direct you to the Team Pro-Motion Paddock

7:15 AM - Express Tech(TM) and registration begins

If you're pre-registered, bring your bike, helmet, and picture ID (driver or state issued ID card is fine) to the Express Tech line. Your equipment will be checked over for safety* and you will sign an insurance waiver** before being allowed on track.

If you have reserved equipment or are attending as a walk-in (not pre-registered) rider, report to the Team trailer and request assistance from our store staff.

After you have cleared tech, join us for complementary morning coffee, tea, and/or a power snack!

8 or 8:30 AM - MANDATORY RIDERS MEETING

ALL riders MUST ATTEND the riders meeting (location will be announced via PA system). General and track specific safety considerations will be presented to the riders at this time. Riders found not in attendance may miss one or more sessions.

All ART students will meet with their Instructors after the riders meeting for further instructions.

8:30 or 9:00 AM - Track goes Hot! (some tracks vary)

At 9:00 we will begin our on-track activities with the RED group.

On track sessions will rotate as follows unless specifically noted, such as :

Red-White-Blue

Lunch Break after 3 or 4 full rotations.

12 PM Lunch Break

Lunch break will be determined track side and usually lasts one hour. Use this time to fuel yourself, rest, relax, and recharge! Many riders bring their favorite foods and "tailgate" with their friends whether old or new! If you forgot your lunch, most facilities have commissary services, snack stands, or restaurants on site. Of course you are more than welcome join us at the trailer for a complimentary hot dog too!

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or other intoxicants may be consumed by participants during the track event. Save the fun for AFTER the ride, this is for Everyone's safety. If you are found or suspected of "riding under the influence," you WILL be removed from the facility with no refund offered.

1:00 PM - TRACK HOT!

Group rotations will continue until end-of-day (typically 5pm)

5:00 PM - TRACK COLD - All on track activity ceases (some tracks vary)

*All attendees should vacate the facility within one hour after the track has been called "cold," unless overnight camping has been arranged. We hope that you learned more from riding the track and that if you street ride that you apply your knowledge making for a safer more controlled ride. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
